敲多次回车只能得到一个空行；
敲多次空格只能得到一个空格。
在空白行上，
连一个空格都无法得到。
按下 Tab 键也不会移动一个 Tab 位；
实际上就没有 Tab 位！
在页面上方也没有标尺可供设置 Tab 位和边距。

很多字处理软件建立在 WYSIWYG 理念之上，
也就是：
看到的就是得到的（所见即所得）。

它建立在 WYSIWYM （所想即所得）的理念之上。
你想什么就输入什么，

 会处理排版的问题，
这样保证了输出文件的美观。
回车分段，
空格断词，
没理由在一行中输入好几次空格。
Tab 根本就没有语法意义，
所以 \SpecialChar LyX
 不支持它。

你将花费更多的时间去考虑文档的

期刊会有摘要和题目；
书信就没有摘要和题目，
但它有地址。

一个环境需要具体的定义：
字体大小、样式、缩进、行间距等等。
