tex2lyx:
- support for \makebox - fix import of boxes without an inner box (the on-screen display was broken because of wrong default width setting) - fix parsing of \framebox{content}, which LyX does not support yet - we have to use ERT git-svn-id: svn://svn.lyx.org/lyx/lyx-devel/trunk@40150 a592a061-630c-0410-9148-cb99ea01b6c8
