* tex/lyxskak.sty: Added LyX supporting macros. Added better embedded
comment handling into skak framework. Fixed some bugs in skak.sty!
* layouts/chess.layout: Fixed up layout. Removed kludges in previous
version. Added Subvariation, Subsubvariation, etc.
