Fully enable compilation of LyX 1.4.x on Windows with MinGW/MinSYS.
Break compilation with MSVC. See accompanying mail on the lyx-devel list. git-svn-id: svn://svn.lyx.org/lyx/lyx-devel/trunk@9895 a592a061-630c-0410-9148-cb99ea01b6c8
