ctests: sort "suspiciousTests" patterns, Math working again.

* sort and comment remaining unsorted filter patterns in suspiciousTests
  (mostly just move to TODO and state what needs to be done).

* comment the patterns for achemso and Math,
  (LuTeX incompatibility fixed in TeXLive 2016-01-07).
