Fix crash when using msvc10's regex, seems boost's regex couldn't replaced by msvc's in ECMAScrip mode.
Solution: use boost also for msvc10 git-svn-id: svn://svn.lyx.org/lyx/lyx-devel/trunk@37832 a592a061-630c-0410-9148-cb99ea01b6c8
