* QLMenubar.C (macxMenuBarInit): fix workaround for menu merging

with Qt/Mac. Still does not work in non-default locale.

	* QLPopupMenu.C (specialMacXmenuHack): remove, not needed anymore.

	* GuiView.C (init): remove Mac hack, not needed anymore.
