* src/paragraph.h: remove eraseIntern(); pass trackChanges to
        erase(...) (2 methods)
        * src/paragraph_pimpl.h: rename eraseIntern() to erase();
        pass trackChanges to other erase(...) (2 methods)
        * src/insets/insettext.C:
        * src/*.C: adjust properly
