Fixed long standing bug in breaking rows correctly. Fixed redraws when
searching/spellchecking inside tabulars. Fixed wrong frame redraw and wrong clearing of inset (visible when the inset has a background color). git-svn-id: svn://svn.lyx.org/lyx/lyx-devel/trunk@3297 a592a061-630c-0410-9148-cb99ea01b6c8
