3931b65341 * replace many toggled(bool) with changed() signals 
the former is also trigged when updating dialogs. we should use toggled(bool) to en/disable widgets and in situations when we are sure that we always want to act on a toggle

5d28253e20 * furter simplifications: 
- simplify setting/unsetting of item

f92abd5576 replaced last convenience class in iconpallete 
browsebox is not build anymore and commented out in bulletsmodule

bullets are disabled in documentdialog: wasn't working before either

remove qt3support!
