use the label name as associated text, and put it into square brackets. It'd be
nice to be able to do more, but for that we'd need to associate counters with

At present, we do not do any sort of rotating, scaling, cropping, etc.
That should not be terribly hard to do, since we can just call ImageMagick
and get it to do it for us, but appropriate routines will have to be
written.
I'd be thrilled if someone else wanted to do that. ;-)

This removes the caption-inset, which is made possible by the clean-up of the LFUN_INSET_DISSOLVE (see r31822 and r31756). This assumes that there is nothing else in the row than the caption inset. I think that should be the case, but this is not yet guaranteed.

When setLayout() disappeared, also the call to setButtonLabel() disappeared. Now, when changing a Note into a Comment, the button label is no longer updated. This is because labelstring_ is not empty, so the line:
return labelstring_.empty() ? getLayout().labelstring() : labelstring_;
introduced in r30570 has no effect.

We have to determine whether we are in an empty cell before we dispatch the lfun to the inset. Otherwise we determine whether the math is empty and if so, we then go to the next cell in the math inset. This cell doesn't exist probably.

accepting changes in a clipboard copy (CutAndPaste.cpp), we set the buffer
of insets (and we reset them later).
Doing this makes sense because we know this is the only operation on these
out-of-document paragraphs that will require access to a buffer.
Also, this commit gets rid of one explicit test against ERT_CODE and
LISTING_CODE.

Basically, insets in cut stack do not have a buffer, and therefore cannot
acess to buffer parameters. What is annoying here is that acceptChanges
requires this buffer params only to be able to read a font in moveItem,
in order to read the buffer language, and I doubt this is really needed...
Another change in this patch is that Inset::getLayout now returns a
plainLayout when the inset does not have a buffer_. This fixes a remaining
crash where dEPM reads isFreeSpacing() for an inset in the clipboard, but
this looks like a fragile situation. And it will not do the right thing when
doing depm in a freespacing inset.

Get rid of Inset::getLayout(BufferParams), since all insets have access to

The \ce and \cf insets are text mode environments that allow entering
spaces and mathmode commands. LyX leaves them alone and doesn't try to
be smart, i.e., the behaviour is exactly the same we had in the old days
with text-in-math mode environments, before the introduction of the
\ensuremath and \lyxmathsym macros. This means that in those environments
one has to know what he is doing, as LyX will not offer any protection.
The hack of enclosing \ce and \cf in a \text{} environment in order to
be able to enter spaces is no longer necessary.

* With verbatim, we include it verbatim. This would allow the inclusion of
other HTML files.
* With listings, we include it verbatim, wrapped in <pre>.
* With Input and Include, we check if it's a LyX file. If not, we don't do
anything, since we don't know how to include (say) a TeX file in the HTML
output. (Wanna call tex4ht, anyone?) If it is a LyX file, we let it write
itself as HTML, and include it.

GetStatus of an InsetCollapsable asserts for unhandled commands.
When you add a command to the context menu of an InsetCollapsable of which the getStatus method does not handle this command, an assertion will be raised. This happens when getStatus doesn't handle a command it is forwarded to text::getStatus which asserts because cur.text() is the text the inset is in, while this is the text of the inset. So, we only dispatch to text_ if the cursor is inside the text_. This is not the case for e.g. context menus.

Synchronizing insets asserts with two views open
It changes the autoOpen_ member of InsetCollapsable into a map, such that an autoOpen value can be specified for each bufferView. Now, the assertion is avoided and insetCollapsable can be open in one bufferview and be closed in the other in very special cases that the cursor end up in a closed inset.
Compare with the MathMacro::editing_ member.

When changing a custom width cell into a multicolumn, the isFixedWidth bool should be set to false. Now, the function setFixedWidth could only set isFixedWidth to true when needed.

The basic idea was to reuse the corresponding text space inset in the same
fashion as is already done for references. The dialog displays a different
selection for math than for text. If wanted, the additional spaces could
also be enabled for text, but that would be a file format change.
Constructs like \hspace{\mylengthvariable} that are not supported are
treated by the math parser as ERT as before.
For reasons I don't know the context menu does not work, but this is not so
important IMHO (since a left click opens the dialog).

If a file fails to load, we do not try to load it again. The downside is that, even if you fixed the problem, then LyX won't try to load it again in that session. I tried resetting the failedtoload_ variable in fileChanged(), but that didn't work, as it doesn't seem to get hit. I'm not sure what to do here, but it isn't a huge issue.

This patch makes insetfloat search its styles using "Float:<floatname>" (or
"Float" if this fails). This allows to define a default behaviour for new

so that there is not an extra \textsf output to LaTeX; change

At present, these are active only for InsetFlex. In future, they should be made

* Always put the cursor at the end of the cell (this was set at the beginning with mouse selection).
* handle LFUN_SELF_INSERT in case of multi-cell selection -> the whole cell contents will be deleted.

* InsetInfo.cpp (InsetInfo): derive from InsetCollapsable instead of
InsetText, so that we can use InsetLayout. Should be reverted when the
layout stuff is migrated to InsetText or some lower level.
(initTranslator, nameTranslator): moved outside of the class.
(name, neverIndent): added.
(draw, setMouseHover): removed.
(updateInfo): cleanup and use layout
(read, setInfo): make sure to reset layout.
* lib/layouts/stdinsets.inc: add layouts for the various Info insets.
These are used for both display and output.

Changes::addToToc(): New method to insert changes sorted by authors. The symbols 0x2702 and 0x270d are used to represent deletion and insertion.
TocBackend::item(): new method to lookup for a given item.

References autoupdate is not undone during UNDO operation
* InsetLabel.cpp (updateCommand): record undo for each of the label
changes (and put everything in a group to make sure it will be undone
in one step).

Restore the previous binding of Ctrl-B and make sure that LFUN_FONT_BOLDSYMBOL,
now bound to Ctrl-Alt-B, can be toggled.
