4a1be58591 - Simplify prefs, graphics and external display options which are now true or false. 
- the display combo in the prefs, external and graphics dialogs are gone
- the lyxrc display_graphics option now overrides any local inset display option
- The external template format has a new tag: Preview
- format incremented to 337

8a69ffd3bf Complete the removal of the embedding stuff. Maybe. It's hard to be sure we got everything, but this does compile, and it seems to work at least reasonably well. Any problems should of course be reported to the list. 
For the record, this developer is sorry that the problems with this code were not noticed much earlier. It's not fun to do so much work and then have it all reverted.

642e28fc61 * src/insets/InsetExternal.cpp (validate): 
- bug fix: if no specific PDFLaTeX out format is defined, we have to use
	  the LaTeX requirement tag in pdflatex output

* lib/external_templates:
	- remove unneeded PDFLaTeX format specification.

ccb09162e5 Embedding: paste an inset with an embedded file may fail, if the source buffer has been closed and the embedded file has been removed. This patch fixes this.

5ffc0d19c1 Embedding: when an inset with an embedded file is copied to another buffer, the embedded file needs to be copied, to an external file or to the temporary directory of that buffer. Otherwise, pasted insets will become invalid when the source buffer is closed and the embedded files are removed.

6dc7cbe1e7 Continue working on the embedding feature. An additional parameter updateFile is passed to 
EmbeddedFile::enable() and EmbeddedFiles::enable() to differentiate different usages.
A member variable bibfiles_ is added to InsetBibtex because it is not efficient to obtain
EmbeddedFileList each time from params()['bibfiles'] and params()['embed'].

c9a7e8c416 Embedding: After another round of EmbeddedFiles changes, embedded figures should more or less work now. 
* src/insets/InsetExternal.cpp: fix compiling. (Does not work yet)
	* src/insets/InsetGraphics.cpp: use latexFilename to produce output.
	* src/insets/InsetGraphicsParams.cpp: use availableFile to show preview.
	* src/EmbeddedFiles.h|cpp: More things are moved from EmbeddedFiles to EmbeddedFile
	* src/frontends/qt4/GuiGraphics.cpp: remove embeddable-related operations.
	* src/support/FileName.h: make isReadableFile virtual
