Jürgen Spitzmüller	f626cfb7a3	Implement a native IPA inset (bug #2591) with instant preview. ... Currently only basic functionality (our math-tipa functionality plus multipar input). Further enhancements (such as proper unicode input and a specific toolbar) are planned. DocBook and XHTML output also need to be audited.
