590baffa39 Replace CamelCase file names with lower_case ones. 
Merge Uwe's and Helge's code to set the language of the UI.
Generate reLyX.bat so that the reLyX converter works.

ed8ae86450 Address Lior Silberman's report that the installer couldn't find, say, sh.exe if the containing folder ended in '\'.

87fbbe0a56 Rewrite lyx_path_prefix.C to 
* generate a minimal "path_prefix" variable (cull repeated elements)
* replace an existing "path_prefix" entry if one exists
* run "sh configure" in blocking fashion so that the user can see what is going on.
