ea6a5fe92d Move the biblio::CiteEngine enum into bufferparams.h to minimize 
dependencies on frontends/controllers/biblio.h.

ceff8c17ef Realize Allan Rae's PreferencesPolicy correctly and return the 
preferences dialogs of all three frontends to it. The 'Save' button
should now behave as expected when the dialog is closed and reopened.
Squashes bug 1274 for the 1.4.x tree.

5d2127ac8e I hope this is the final adjustment to enable/disable 
the placement options in the qt float dialog correctly.

4072a82b6e support for sidewaysfloats and fix for bug 1016 (float placement allows impossible settings). 
BTW: floats are still broken (dialogs do not get updated). No idea where this bug sits.

be2ce42c65 Convert the Search/Replace dialog to the cleaner MCV scheme. 
The dispatch reaches the correct place in the core, but the core
doesn't seem to act on it properly. No doubt Andr�'s doing ;-)

234da14623 Qt 2.3.x should now compile happily, JMarc, and you'll still get a red label 
when you try and input an invalid LyXLength in the external dialog.

4e136e6f41 (Jo�o Assirati): add the ability to inverse-search a dvi file. 
To use, you'll need either to run 'latex --src-specials' or, if your version
of latex isn't up to the task, to use the srcltx package. Further, your
vi viewer must be up to the task. xdvi 22.38 or the kde 3 version of kdvi.

c319aee7c2 Fix InsetInclude properly. Data is now stored in an InsetCommandParams 
var rather tahn that nasty kludge InsetInclude::Params. Functions
that need info about the Buffer are passed a 'Buffer const &' arg.
