* replace LFUN_TABULAR_FEATURE with LFUN_INSET_MODIFY
- The math tables are also affected. In the future a common base class
between math and text table will solve this inconsistency.
- There is a hack in GuiApplication in order to not rename the toolbar
icons. This will have to be cleaned up with a general icon naming for
LFUN_INSET_MODIFY... to be discussed.

- big cleanup, lots and lots of bug fixing here

current buffer and applies a given function at cursor position before the
inset. It is actually possible to filter on the type of inset.
Remove all index insets:
inset-forall Index delete-char-forward
Remove all (!!) insets:
inset-forall * delete-char-forward
Close all Notes (also works for a particular branch, for example)
inset-forall Note inset-toggle close
Close only yellow sticky notes
inset-forall Note:Note inset-toggle close
Of course, things may become weird:
Put LyX in an infinite loop if there is at least a Note
inset-forall Note char-backward
In this case, the code will stop after 1000 iterations.

C-M-a now selects the contents of an inset, if the whole inset is already selected, it will jump out the inset and selects everything in that inset.

The first of the metioned functions that is enabled with be called.
The code is pretty trivial and just stolen from command-sequence.
The binding mentioned is more or less the point of the patch, but we still need to decide exactly what the bindings should be. There have been various threads concerning this. You can use the above for testing. Add it to site.bind, replacing the existing binding.
Jose: Once the bindings have been sorted out, that will complete the work on this we said we wanted to do for rc3.

except when in math mode, where \boldsymbol is used instead of \mathbf.
Restore the previous binding of Ctrl-B and make sure that LFUN_FONT_BOLDSYMBOL,
now bound to Ctrl-Alt-B, can be toggled.
