8085efd83a Some locale related cleanup. JMarc, please when you come back, review this. It is working fine in all my testings though. 
* GuiApplication: delay locale loading until setGuiLanguage() is called.

* Messages: memorize default locale for current environment.

9c87bee68d Introduce Debug::SELECTION mainly for copy/paste primary-selection debugging. 
Up to now it was hell to debug it, since the selection messages was under different
debug classes and the messages also get completely lost from mouse action events.

a54850d762 GuiApplication::resetGui(): reset as many things as possible, including menus and toolbars (not sure about Mac global menubar yet). This means that except for already opened dialog, all ui rc settings are taken into account without the need to restart.

44e18e9107 Disable a socket notifier when unregistering it. 
This avoids the following Qt warnings when performing a reverse dvi search:

QSocketNotifier: Multiple socket notifiers for same socket 9 and type Read
QSocketNotifier: Invalid socket 15 and type 'Read', disabling...

occurring when using the lyxserver or the lyxclient, respectively.

09fe21bd11 * QWidget::show is synchronous, hence we see the LyX logo for a moment, even if 
in the next moment the new buffer appears. So we first create the buffer and
  then show the view.

d63821939c * create global menubar on Mac without a parent. It will be shown if no GuiView exists. 
* fill global menubar with the normal actions
* capture the keyboard on the menubar if no GuiView exists. This
  enables the shortcuts on Mac in those cases.

0e67e8423f GuiApplication::notify(): fine tune ErrorException handling; close all windows before showing the alert. This should get rid of the recursive alert box when an the exception is caught.

8d99df0c93 Transfer some GUI oriented code from core to frontend. 
* Application/GuiApplication:
- restoreGuiSession(): new method for session restoration.

* LyXView/GuiView
- loadDocument(): new pure virtual interface

* lyxFunc:
- loadAndViewFile(): transfered to GuiView::loadDocument()
- openDocument(): transfered to GuiView.

* LyX.h
- Impl::files_to_load_ : now a simple vector<string>.
- restoreGuiSession(): removed.
- execBatchCommands(): simplified and make use of Application::restoreGuiSession().

3941b00ec7 Transfer forked process checking from GuiWorkArea to GuiApplication. I got rid of the general timer starting/stopping too. Looking a bit deeper I don't think it was necessary. We'll put them again in case it is needed.

efbd1d30cb Sanitize the way we use abort() and exit(). With this commit, we should never crash in release mode, even when assertions are enabled. In debug mode, we crash with abort in order to get a useful backtrace.

ac08e89095 Sanitize the way Buffers are saved, renamed and closed. 
* LyXFunc: Transfer and simplify LFUN_BUFFER_WRITE, LFUN_BUFFER_WRITE_AS  and LFUN_BUFFER_WRITE_ALL to GuiView.

* BufferList: Transfer quitWriteAll() and close() to GuiView.

* Buffer: Transfer writeAs() and menuWrite() functionalities to GuiView.

* LyXView::closeBuffer(): new pure virtual method.
