869b84aef9 Clean up LaTeX font handling (#4999) 
The LaTeX font information are now centralized and outsourced. This removes a lot of hardcoding and duplication and makes it easier to support new LaTeX fonts.

ead697d4b6 Deal with memory issue reported some time ago in connection with DocumentClass 
objects. The problem that led to the leak is that these objects can be held in
memory long after the Buffer that created them is gone, mostly due to their
use in the CutStack. So they were previously held in a storage facility, the
DocumentClassBundle. Unfortunately, they were now being created too often,
especially by cloning. It's not really a leak, because they're accessible, but
we weren't ever destroying them.

This new approach uses a shared_ptr instead.

f626cfb7a3 Implement a native IPA inset (bug #2591) with instant preview. 
Currently only basic functionality (our math-tipa functionality plus multipar input). Further enhancements (such as proper unicode input and a specific toolbar) are planned. DocBook and XHTML output also need to be audited.

The lyx2lyx reversion routine surely can be improved (help appreciated), and I don't know  tex2lyx enough to handle this file format change.

850e4d80c0 Graphics cleanup: get rid of Previews.{h,cpp} 
The PreviewLoader is created directly by Buffer on demand. The PreviewLoader cache was complex and unneeded because there is one and only one PreviewLoader per Buffer.

9b4576b50b Use the subdir-object option of automake so that the .o files are put in the 
same directory as their source. The other visible gain is that the size of
src/Makefile is divided by 3 with automake >= 1.9.

bd95cdb734 Add OutputEnums.h. This enum will shortly replace some magic booleans 
that have crept into my code. I'm putting it in a separate file becuase
it is going to be included in Counters.h. The other obvious places to
put it would lead to large includes in this file.

fc97861803 Implement the LyXServer on Windows. 
Only for autotools, I don't know how to update cmake and scons, sorry.
For cmake and scons, you should make sure that moc is called on Server.h
using the -D_WIN32 option.

In order to enable the server, specify the LyXServer pipe in
Tools->Preferences->Paths. The path to be entered there must have the
form "\\.\pipe\nameofyourchoice" (without quotes). After that, you can
send commands to LyX. For example, if the pipe path is \\.\pipe\lyxpipe,
typing the following in a terminal:

echo LYXCMD:test:file-open > \\.\pipe\lyxpipe.in
type \\.\pipe\lyxpipe.out

brings up the file dialog and returns the acknowledgment from LyX.
Beware of spaces when using cmd.exe. For example, the following:
echo LYXCMD:test:file-open:foo.lyx> \\.\pipe\lyxpipe.in
will correctly load the document named foo.lyx, but
echo LYXCMD:test:file-open:foo.lyx > \\.\pipe\lyxpipe.in
(notice the space before the redirection) will try to load a
document whose name is "foo.lyx .lyx" because cmd.exe will also
pass the space (sigh).

b0936fac4c When performing a reverse DVI search and the tmpdir is a symlink, the 
DVI viewer passes back the resolved path, such that the search fails,
as internally LyX uses the unresolved path.
This patch fixes this bug by using the new method FileName::realPath
which resolves a path by getting rid of any '.', '..', or symlink
path components.

52d3a1e426 Move some code around in an effort to make information about modules 
available to tex2lyx. The point is to move the crucial routines that 
deal with modules out of BufferParams.cpp, which tex2lyx does not have,
and into TextClass.cpp, which it does.

This is all cleanup that makes a lot of sense independently.

Note that LayoutModuleList will shortly become a real class.

2193a50605 Implement a cache for BibTeX data. There was a cache of sorts already in InsetCitation, but that was being used only to cache the labels. So that has been moved to Buffer, and everything else that needs access to BibTeX data should call either Buffer::localBibInfo(), which gives you the BiblioInfo for this Buffer, or Buffer::masterBibInfo(), which gives you the BiblioInfo for the Buffer's master, if it has one, or for it, otherwise. Normally, what you want is masterBibInfo(). 
Thanks to Andre for help with linking problems.

8a69ffd3bf Complete the removal of the embedding stuff. Maybe. It's hard to be sure we got everything, but this does compile, and it seems to work at least reasonably well. Any problems should of course be reported to the list. 
For the record, this developer is sorry that the problems with this code were not noticed much earlier. It's not fun to do so much work and then have it all reverted.

9f21b7f9ad * high performance text completion with weighted btrees to get pseudo 
random-access (i.e. O(log n)) to the n-th element in a list/set. Try
  it with 1000000 keys ... no problem.

5ddc612b73 Splitup Font in saner bits: 
* Font::FontBits -> FontInfo
* Font::FONT_XXX -> all enums transfered to FontEnums.h and renamed to FontXxx

I've replaced Font uses with FontInfo were the language() member was not needed, basically all draw() and metrics methods. There's one problematic cases with InsetQuotes which I solved by taking the Buffer main language.
