layout upon paste.

	* insettext.[Ch]: add forceParagraphsToDefault method

	* insettabular.C
	(InsetTabular::doDispatch): use it for cell

	* insetbox.C
	(InsetBox::doDispatch): use it

	* insetert.C
	(InsetERT::doDispatch): use it

	* insetcharstyle.C
	(InsetCharStyle::doDispatch): use it
