lib/scripts/spreadsheet_to_docbook.py: Strip the document header and convert some flags
lib/xtemplates/gnumeric.xtemplate: use this output to be inserted in docbook5
lib/configure.py: Add needed conversion entries

Gnumeric conversions to html: Remove wrong closing </p> flag

Now LyXHTML export for Spreadsheet.lyx is errorles, but stil we need a wrapper
to remove unneeded 'Ark' captions.

That functionality is now provided by the new support for minted.
Also change the example file and accordingly rename it.

Rename the minted 'lang' external template option as 'language'
...
This is for consistency with the newly introduced support in the
listings inset, where the option name is dictated by the listings
package and cannot be changed.

Split external_templates to individual *.xtemplate files
...
This makes it easier to add new templates or change existing ones
in the user directory.
Fixes : #3983
The CMake changes should be double-checked.
