a170dc5b36 * svcommon.inc: 
- fix proof styles
- subparagraphs are valid
- running section are possible in svmult and svbook

* svmult.layout/svmult_author.lyx: adapted for latest Svmult template rom Springer (version for editors follows the next days)

* svmono_book.lyx: preamble adjustments
