8a69ffd3bf Complete the removal of the embedding stuff. Maybe. It's hard to be sure we got everything, but this does compile, and it seems to work at least reasonably well. Any problems should of course be reported to the list. 
For the record, this developer is sorry that the problems with this code were not noticed much earlier. It's not fun to do so much work and then have it all reverted.

2df6a6a378 Require a buffer on construction of InsetGraphics and InsetExternal. Eventually, this idea should probably be extended to all Insets, one or two at a time.

ccb09162e5 Embedding: paste an inset with an embedded file may fail, if the source buffer has been closed and the embedded file has been removed. This patch fixes this.

5ffc0d19c1 Embedding: when an inset with an embedded file is copied to another buffer, the embedded file needs to be copied, to an external file or to the temporary directory of that buffer. Otherwise, pasted insets will become invalid when the source buffer is closed and the embedded files are removed.

6dc7cbe1e7 Continue working on the embedding feature. An additional parameter updateFile is passed to 
EmbeddedFile::enable() and EmbeddedFiles::enable() to differentiate different usages.
A member variable bibfiles_ is added to InsetBibtex because it is not efficient to obtain
EmbeddedFileList each time from params()['bibfiles'] and params()['embed'].

c9a7e8c416 Embedding: After another round of EmbeddedFiles changes, embedded figures should more or less work now. 
* src/insets/InsetExternal.cpp: fix compiling. (Does not work yet)

d1574fec83 The rename() function removed in rev had in fact move() functionality. So we replace all uses of renameTo() with the new FileName::moveTo() method.

237c132c1e * Inset: 
- get rid of the cached Dimension. Text inset dimensions are saved in ParagraphMetrics and mathed maintain their own dimension where needed.
- width(), ascent(), descent(): deleted.
- dimension(): now needs a valid BufferView.
- metrics(): now void.

* BufferView::getCoveringInset(): simplify.

* ParagraphMetrics(): now cache inset dimensions.

4c82dd1fc8 Inset coords shall not be recorded in Inset::draw() because this can create problems with inheritance (which often modify the coords but not the Inset pointer itself). Right now there three kind of inset containers: paragraphs, tables and math arrays. The coords caching is fixed in the first two.
