(InsetMathBig::draw): don't remove backslash delimiter.
(InsetMathBig::isBigInsetDelim): add "\\" and "\slash" to
the delimiters table.
* src/frontends/qt4/QDelimiterDialog.C
(fix_name): return "\\" instead of "\backslash" as that now
works after the fixes above.
