It is now possible to get a context menu for math insets.
InsetMathSpace was already providing a specific context menu,
but it was never triggered because the math hull inset is not
descendable. It is still so, but now when a context menu is
requested all the insets inside the math hull are examined.
If the inset under the cursor provides a context menu, it
is shown instead of the general math one.
Fixes#12100.
- \negmedspace and \negthickspace outside of math
- \enspace, \hspace*, \hspace*{\fill} and \hfill inside math
(fileformat change)

The basic idea was to reuse the corresponding text space inset in the same
fashion as is already done for references. The dialog displays a different
selection for math than for text. If wanted, the additional spaces could
also be enabled for text, but that would be a file format change.
Constructs like \hspace{\mylengthvariable} that are not supported are
treated by the math parser as ERT as before.
For reasons I don't know the context menu does not work, but this is not so
important IMHO (since a left click opens the dialog).

- get rid of the cached Dimension. Text inset dimensions are saved in ParagraphMetrics and mathed maintain their own dimension where needed.
- width(), ascent(), descent(): deleted.
- dimension(): now needs a valid BufferView.
- metrics(): now void.

* ParagraphMetrics(): now cache inset dimensions.

This commit avoids unnecessary metrics recalculations by caching the last LyXFont used. I had to cleanup the width(), ascent() and descend() redundancies by transferring that to InsetBase.
InsetMathDim should go now as it is not really needed.
