Set a validator on QLineEdit widgets. The validator removes any
\n and \r characters, thus preventing users from copy-pasting
newline characters into these fields, and subsequently saving
them, inadvertantly, to their lyx file.

layout to the current format.
This probably isn't needed for branch, since local layout was a
"hidden feature" prior to 2.0, and one can update local layout by:
(a) copying to a file
(b) running layout2layout on that file
(c) pasting back into LyX
So we should probably just leave this in trunk.

If fontspec is not found, the "Use non-TeX fonts" checkbox is disabled, and the tooltip hints at installing the package.
Also add fontspec to LaTeXConfig.lyx, documenting that v2 of the package is needed for LuaTeX support.

This was no oversight but a security concern. We do not want the LyX document to define arbitrary index and bibtex converters.

Yes, this is an advanced feature. But, absent a layout editor, it is the
one thing that will make it easier, and possible, for "normal users" to
experiment with layout without having to go through reconfiguration,
etc, etc. To keep too many people from shooting themselves, we validate
the layout information before allowing the user to apply it.

- fix#6699; use_geometry now only means that the user don't want to have custom margins; that geometry also needs to be loaded for some paper formats is already done in BufferParams.cpp

Change inset-forall so that screen is not repainted at each iteration, since this lead to very slow opeartion on large files. This is not a problem for current uses, but can potentially lead to crashes.
See ticket #6641 for more thoughts and possible solutions.

page numbering and the references of the master file are maintained in the included children (bug 1005).
I made this optional since some people use \includeonly to save compilation time, but a proper aux file update
needs a full compilation of the complete master prior to the compilation of the \includeonly master.
Hence, a new buffer param is introduced (file format change).

The fileformat change is also needed because of our mistake that we load mhchem since LyX 1.6.4 automatically so that files created with LyX 1.6.4 won't compile under LyX 1.6.3. Now at least all files created or opened with LyX 1.7 can be reverted to the fileformat of LyX 1.6.x and can therefore be read by all LyX 1.6.x versions.
