Lots of fixes for text/tabular insets. Now tabular insets work quite good
...
and you have now automatic row-breaking for cells with width! Also added
the fix from Denkel. See ChangeLog.

Added a preliminary NOT working insettabular. Lot's of fixes for the text
...
inset which should work now quite stable (well better as before anyway ;)
There have been especially problems with insets inside insets for which
LyX was not prepared, so if you only tried the ERT-inset all should have
worked great also before.

the freespacing patch from Kayvan, draw the math empty delim with onoffdash, asure that the tables passed to lyxlex is sorted and sort them if not, use std::lower_bound to search in lyxlex tables, use binary search in stead of linear in math_delim::search_deco, we also sort the math_deco_table upon startup.
