c51ae2651c Correct enabling of the "Navigate->Bookmarks->Clear Bookmarks" menu item. 
* LyXFunc.cpp:

Note that getStatus() always returned true for LFUN_BOOKMARK_CLEAR. This is because bookmarks().size() is hardcoded in the code to be 9 which is always larger than zero, obviously

2351615f0a Fix LFUN_LAYOUT_MODULE_ADD: We need to make sure that the module 
isn't already added, that its requirements are satisfied, and that
it doesn't conflict with any loaded modules. Mostly, this just
moves existing code into a new routine where we can get at it.

6576aed3d5 This patch allows for multiple LFUNs to be bound to a single key, via a new command-alternatives function, to be used like so: 
\bind "Tab" "command-alternatives" "completion-accept;cell-forward"
The first of the metioned functions that is enabled with be called.

The code is pretty trivial and just stolen from command-sequence.

The binding mentioned is more or less the point of the patch, but we still need to decide exactly what the bindings should be. There have been various threads concerning this. You can use the above for testing. Add it to site.bind, replacing the existing binding.

Jose: Once the bindings have been sorted out, that will complete the work on this we said we wanted to do for rc3.

4b00e7f527 This should bring cvs revision control to usable state. 
LyXVC API was too narrow to master both cvs and rcs, so we have to change interface.

We still need one more operation for cvs update, but i need to sleep sometimes.

13e42a8c73 Introduce groups for graphics insets. That includes: 
- GuiGraphics dialog field for setup new groups.
- Graphics context menu for assigning to certain group.
- Fileformat change for groupId field in Graphics inset.
- Undo mechanism added to inset-apply, for catching changes
  in preference dialog.
- Qt designer 4.4 used now.

* GuiView::updateDialogs(): merge with GuiView::checkStatus()

* LyXFunc::processKeySym(): remove call to GuiView::restartCursor(), this has already been called in the call to dispatch() at the end of the methof.

40144c3f78 * dialog can only be shown via a GuiView up to now. This shouldn't be 
the case for GuiView independent dialogs like about or prefs. But
  for now it is.

48f9225e27 Embed: allow the use of embedded layout and class (.cls, .sty) files. 
* src/EmbeddedFiles.h|cpp: add validate() function to validate loaded .lyx file.
	* src/LayoutFile.h|cpp: add Layout_Type parameter to addLayoutFile to load an embedded layout.
	* src/BufferParams.h|cpp: read layout from temp directory, then local directory.
	* src/frontends/qt4/GuiDocument.cpp: handle embedded layout type
	* src/LyXFunc.cpp: handle embedded layout when a layout is re-read.
	* src/Buffer.cpp: validate after a buffer is read. handle exceptions properly.
