- assure that six columns of bullets are displayed in the widget

the former is also trigged when updating dialogs. we should use toggled(bool) to en/disable widgets and in situations when we are sure that we always want to act on a toggle

* frontends/qt4/: moc files (*_moc.cpp) are now included at the end of relevant source file (*.C)

browsebox is not build anymore and commented out in bulletsmodule
bullets are disabled in documentdialog: wasn't working before either
remove qt3support!
