574931dcdb Fix bug #6930: no undo for inset type changing 
THis is a consequence of the new AtPoint mechanism. In the old
world, recordUndoInset was called before INSET_MODIFY. I reintroduced
manual recordUndoInset calls in all places that matter. I suspect
that this issue should be revisited later.

Note that recordUndoInset can now take an optional parameter that tells
what inset is concerned. This is useful because the cursor can be
either just inside the inset or in front of it.

5577e877bb Try to move all updateBuffer() calls to a central location. We now use 
DispatchResult to store a flag that tells us whether we need a buffer
update or not. 

So: If you find a missing one, go to an appropriate place in the
dispatch and call cur.forceBufferUpdate() or, if you don't have a cursor
but do have a DispatchResult, call dr.forceBufferUpdate().

There is one remaining call I could not move, in
TextMetrics::redoParagraph. But this looks like an emergency call when
the macro context has not been set. There are also a couple calls that
are connected with buffer creation that I commented out, since the same
call is done again almost immediately. But I'm not positive about those.

Now the nice thing would be to do the same for updateMacros().

9c8e7429fa Fix the assertion assert introduced in r34348 which got fired when eg. deselecting an InsetCommand: 
- we have to have a copy constructor in InsetCommand to clear the mouse_hover_ map and not to copy it,
- there is no need to have mouse_hover_() in the initialisation list,
- there is no need to copy the auto_open_ map.

4c611e5745 Mouse hover property should be dependent on the specific bufferview. If there are 2 views showing the same buffer, an Inset can be shown as hovered in only one view. 
This is also in preparation of a decent fix for bug #3900.

51a5db7110 General support for InsetCommand context menu. For this to work properly I had to disable all actions triggered by mouse right-clicking. This was bad ui in any case.

017ba3c4c7 Sanitize a bit the way InsetRef and InsetCommand button are drawn. 
* Inset::validate(): renamed to initView()

* InsetCommand:
- get rid of unneeded refresh() and updateButtonLabel_
- setParams(): call initView()

* InsetRef:
- implement initView()
- screenLabel(): transfer code to updateLabels()
- addToToc(): prefix name with BROKEN if the reference is broken.
