Fix the whitespace in e.g. 'QString&' to 'QString &' as this
incorrect, but primarily to simplify a comparison related to
later possibly introducing the use of .clang-format.
The current version was wrong for non-English dialogs, and even for
the English one, due to the translator commands that were not removed
for calculation (as in "Formats[[output]]").
Candidate for stable.
If a compressed svg icon is present, load it instead of a png one.
Also introduce two more sizes (huge and giant icons) that should be
useful when using hires displays, as svg icons automatically scale
to the desired size without loss of quality.
The panels in GuiDocument and GuiPrefs are stored in a map. The keys are
the translated descriptions of these panels. Whenever someone changes the
gui language and reopens the Document Settings pane, LyX asserted because
it could not find the "Child Documents" pane.
