Lars Gullik Bjønnes	e656d12d0b	ok, some more changes, this time I have gotten the fonttable and insettable in lyxparagra converted correctly to stl::containsers, added some tags for move to using pdflatex, search for pdflatex,dvips,pdf2ps,xpdf etx. in lib/configure.m4.
