c10dfd15cd * LyXView: the accessor methods now return a reference to the member 
variables, not a pointer.
* WordLangTuple: you can forward-declare a return type you know ;-)

6b5c9696b6 Remove LYX_LAYOUT_DEFAULT - it is very very old, even klyx doesn't use it.

eb6a0ad551 Upgrading of my xforms libs showed that lots of files thought they depended 
on xforms. Further inspection showed that they didn't!
I've done nothing more than remove #include "lyx_gui_misc.h" here.

9443f625d8 Fix for #143. Changed handling of Font stuff for ERTInsets so that the 
latex fonts are not really set but only displayed on screen. So we fixed
the problem of cut&paste in and out of ERT insets retaining the latex color
and font.

5f2e3c4c43 Baruch's graphics patch + some small tweaks to the buttoncontroller stuff 
Kayvan's footnote patch
Added a "Buffer const *" parameter to InsetButton::getScreenLabel and all
daughter classes. Labels can now be tuned to suit, although non are yet.

d32d0cbb95 This should clean up the language stuff a bit and a small new check for

as the method seems not to be called.

4bcf99c809 Various fixes to Tabular, InsetTabular and InsetText. Fixed left border for 
multicolumn cells, fixed repaint and recalc issues of insets, fixed scrolling
of large tabulars, ADDED settings of fonts on selections, more minor stuff

63d5070bc3 Reindent files with tab-stops (instead of 4 spaces). It is allowed to change 
now the indent in files owned by myself to tabstops if I did miss some!
(but please set your tab-width to 4 ;)

33868acd2c Added a preliminary NOT working insettabular. Lot's of fixes for the text 
inset which should work now quite stable (well better as before anyway ;)
There have been especially problems with insets inside insets for which
LyX was not prepared, so if you only tried the ERT-inset all should have
worked great also before.

b3e20a15e7 Various updates for insets mostly regarding fixes for text-insets. 
Added a new BaseClass InsetCollapsable and changed InsetERT to this
new BaseClass, also added a footnote-inset.
