636b655216 Fix multiple cell pasting on Windows and Mac (bug 4436): 
* src/Clipboard.h:
* src/frontends/GuiClipboard.{cpp,h}:
	- new member hasInternal() which indicates whether the OS knows
	  the concept of clipboard ownership.

* src/insets/InsetTabular.cpp (doDispatch):
	- consider hasInternal() while pasting.

9d0ea8aeff Move debug.{cpp,h}, Messages.{cpp,h} and gettext.{cpp,h} to support/. 
Now support/* should have no dependencies on src/* anymore.

	- rename normalize_kc to normalize_c and use normalization form C (instead of KC)

	- use normalization forms C and D instead of KC and KD.
