No viewer set by default, which keeps context menu clean for uninterested users.

If a dvi file exists in the temp dir, the command specified by the
\forward_search_dvi rc setting is used to initiate the search.
Otherwise, if a pdf file exists, the forward search is performed by
using the command specified by the \forward_search_pdf rc setting.

rather than a vector. This helps deal with problems involving multiple
specifications of a single command. (Even after the previous commit,
we were still getting duplicates in the UI after every alteration of
the preferences.) It's also more natural, anyway.

There are two new rc preference:
* spellchecker: can now be "aspell" or "hunspell", this is selectable in the SpellChecker preference dialog
* hunspelldir_path: needed for hunspell dictionaries which are defined to be in a fixed location. This can be modified in the path preference dialog.
The SpellChecker classes could be instanciated on the fly whenerver they are needed if we want that.
Please test and help me finish this hunspell integration...

preferences file. Now the alternatives are only written if they have
actually been changed, and not always as it was before. Existing
preferences files will be automatically trimmed on next save.

To avoid scrolling we have to sneak in space for the headers.
So we tweak this value accordingly. It's not nice, but the
only possible way it seems.
Note 1: Because QComboBox uses the "first row's height * rowCount" to
estimate the height of the popup, we have to fake some extra pixel
lines to avoid scrolling because of the extra space taken by the
headers. This is a hack, but I don't see a better way to establish that.
Note 2: An alternative implementation is to insert headers as real list
items. But it seems that QListView cannot skip them in cursor
navigation then. So we stick to the upper approach.

* combobox in the preferences dialog to choose the macro editing mode of choice.
The reason for the three choices (inline box, inline without box,
list) is that it seems that there are at least these three groups of
people, and each of them is very strong about their opinion what that
the best mode is. So here there are all of them, pick your favourite.

macro name when the cursor is inside. The downside of the coin is that
you have to look into the statusbar to see which macro is used. But
some people prefer that than having the slight size change of macros
when the cursor enters.
