690878bd4a Fix #6045: Possible to insert table floats to figure floats. 
The lfuns, LFUN_FLOAT_INSERT and LFUN_WRAP_INSERT are now only enabled when they should be.

4dbe411ba9 Remove all BufferParam arguments in InsetXXX methods (since insets know about their Buffer)

4ad536375f XHTML output for floats and captions. 
NOTE: Again, I'm not increasing the layout format, though I have added
a couple new things here. If anyone thinks I really do need to do that,
then I will. But I don't think it's necessary, as no-one ought to be using
this.

aedfb81808 Fix bug 4346: http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4346. 
Synchronizing insets asserts with two views open

It changes the autoOpen_ member of InsetCollapsable into a map, such that an autoOpen value can be specified for each bufferView. Now, the assertion is avoided and insetCollapsable can be open in one bufferview and be closed in the other in very special cases that the cursor end up in a closed inset.

Compare with the MathMacro::editing_ member.

1f58d53deb Bug 5562: Fix command line output of subfigure insets by introducing new OutputParams and LaTeXFeatures members that tell the insets whether they are in a (sub)float. 
Later, this can be replaces by a backpointer approach, as proposed at bugzilla (note that there are already similar cases such as InComment or InTableCell, so a backpointer approach would need to adapt the OutputParams methos anyway).

aaf27b169d Remove useless and confusing lines of code. As subfloat is not written into the LyX file, we have to (at the moment) rely on a call to updateLabels before setting the new label.

"Float" if this fails). This allows to define a default behaviour for new

0f07e83733 Wrap figures can also have subfloats. I simply forgot that when implementing subfloat support. 
Well, here it is. Fixes one part of bug 4927. There's a remaining problem on conversion of onld subfigs with LaTeX content (e.g. \label). I'll fix that in a second step.

2e7d1199df Revert 23154. 
Sorry, Andre, but this broke not only the modules stuff but the general handling of TextClasses. I'm not opposed to doing this sort of thing, but it's going to be a little more complicated. I'll do it when I get a bit of time, or I can explain what the issue is here if you want to do it.

I'll separately re-commit some of the cleanup here.

efbd1d30cb Sanitize the way we use abort() and exit(). With this commit, we should never crash in release mode, even when assertions are enabled. In debug mode, we crash with abort in order to get a useful backtrace.
