* QDialogView.h:
- QDialogView::forms() now requires a QWidget instead of a QDialog. This will allow us to use DockWidget in the future.
- QView class code simplification: implement inline instead of repeating in the same file.
- QView::forms() now returns the real object.
- QController class code simplification: implement inline instead of repeating in the same file.
* QDocumentDialog::update(): renamed to updateParams() to avoid clash with QWidget::update()
* QPrefsDialog::update(): renamed to updateRc() to avoid clash with QWidget::update()
* QTexinfoDialog::update(): now public so that it can be used in QDialogView.

Only qt4 is guaranted to compile and work. I did not remove gtk and qt3 lyx_gui.C because they might be needed for reference to complete the header declarations in "GuiApplication.C".
- lyx_gui::use_gui transfered to lyx::use_gui in lyx_main.C
- all remaining lyx_gui functions transfered to Application and corresponding GuiApplication implementations.

* QDialogView.h: interface methods and slots are now public instead of protected. This allow to avoid making friend classes.
* QPrefs.[Ch]: removed everything GUI related. The controller does not know anything about what the Dialog is doing, it is here only to transfer request one way or the other.
* QPrefsDialogs.[Ch]: transfered everything GUI related here. Things are gathered per module in contructor, apply() and update() methods so that it will be easy to transfer code to separate class afterward
- QPrefsDialogs::apply(LyXRC & rc): fill in rc parameters from GUI.
- QPrefsDialogs::update(LyXRC const & rc): update GUI from rc parameters.
