3f27f951cb This is intended to be a pure renaming of the Inset::name() routine, 
preparatory to fixing #7080. Note that mathed uses the same routine, but
for a completely different purpose, so I did not rename it there. I have
seen no difference in behavior after testing, e.g., opening and
exporting Math.lyx, and also re-saving it and looking at the diff.

c42a61c5ac Fix bug #6642: Concatenate the context menus for: InsetCollapsables without a button, InsetTexts which have a custom context menu and InsetTabulars. Override the default behaviour for InsetInfo.

e7f2bbe1ee Rename InsetXXX::contextMenu to InsetXXX::contextMenuName. Now this function doesn't need all the parameters and we split the functionality of choosing which context menu to return, from the functionality of supplying the name for the Inset itself. Now, the InsetText context menu is returned for InsetCollapsables when the button is not hit by the mouse. There is no (intended) change in functionality for insets without a button, collapsed insets. This fixes partly bug #6642. A fix for InsetTabular and for insets with no button will follow.

ede2dbfade Cleanup and layoutification of the InsetInfo class. 
* InsetInfo.cpp (InsetInfo): derive from InsetCollapsable instead of 
	InsetText, so that we can use InsetLayout. Should be reverted when the 
	layout stuff is migrated to InsetText or some lower level.
	(initTranslator, nameTranslator): moved outside of the class.
	(name, neverIndent): added.
	(draw, setMouseHover): removed.
	(updateInfo): cleanup and use layout
	(read, setInfo): make sure to reset layout.

	* lib/layouts/stdinsets.inc: add layouts for the various Info insets.
	These are used for both display and output.

062bec11d0 * Dialog::inset(): make it const. 
* InsetInfo::validate(): new method for checking dispatch argument. Not implemented yet.

* GuiInfo: remove non working code and rework the dialog following my vision of an ideal info dialog :-) not every thing works yet.

f276338227 Preliminar InsetInfo dialog. This was done as an exercise to show Bo (an others) how easy it is to create a new dialog. This dialog needs to be filled in, right now, there is just an OK button.

4f2a7a953b Fix crash while InsetInfo hovering by replacing the hover message with a tooltip. 
Note to all: NEVER send a message inside a draw() method! This triggers a recursive painting of the status bar with Qt4.4 !

NOTE: The syntax in LyXRC.cpp is ugly, and this feature is not extremely useful. Therefore, this patch may be reverted in the end.
