a4ac946429 delete French mathed.lyx as we did already for the other languages where we have a translation of the new math manual. 
(I simply forgot to the French version, for German and English it was already done and anounced for LyX 1.5.4.)

0f323c3b9d unicodesymbols: reintroduce the brace-enclosed spaces for branch to assure nothing strange can happen. 
In general I couldn't find a reason why to keep these spaces, so I'll not reintroduce them in trunk.

	* lib/layouts/memoir.layout: provide feature SetSpace, indicating that
	memoir provides the setspace functionality, but with a different syntax.

d753a754ea Add the esint font to the private fonts. 
The \dotsint glyph is remapped to an unsed code point in the
font such that to maintain compatibility with the TeX font
and convince Qt4 to show the glyph.
