87fbbe0a56 Rewrite lyx_path_prefix.C to 
* generate a minimal "path_prefix" variable (cull repeated elements)
* replace an existing "path_prefix" entry if one exists
* run "sh configure" in blocking fashion so that the user can see what is going on.

838d1cfdf0 Follow Uwe's suggestion to install ghostscript before imagemagick. 
Add Jean-Pierre's translation of the installer into French.

01bf55b4db Check that the file path returned from the file browser will make 
sense to LaTeX only if the path will be passed to the LaTeX compiler.

4bf2365fe7 Disable the lyxserver on Windows. 
Clean up spellchecker code.
LyX 1.3.x should now compile out of the box on Windows.
