Angus Leeming	ec8da0035d	The reducing file dependencies in the frontends patch. ... Ok, Ok, I know this touches a lot of files, but the benefits are worth the huge re-compilation now. Trust me. Would I lie to you? Actually, this also fixes a bug in ControlInset, so you'd have had to recompile 31 files anyway.
