Fix bug 2753: LyX doesn't support paths and filenames with parentheses

- remove path validator

* src/insets/InsetInclude.cpp:
- use validator when exporting a LaTeX file

Saves some compile time by diminishing Buffer.h header dependencies:

- delete unneeded InsetList.h
- transfer the errorList to the private implementation.
