* I transferred local function loadLayoutFile() in LyXFunc.cpp to a LayoutFileList::load().
Richard, as I am not into this layout thing, please check that these LFUNs still operate correctly (except from an embedded work area of course).

There is a FIXME in there that says that if some LFUN need to be dispatched even if the Buffer is internal then we should add some code. But I couldn't find any for now.
* Move LFUN_BUFFER_IMPORT status to GuiView where it belongs.

Fixes crash when opening both Toc Panel and Advanced Find and Replace Panel.
Fixes preview of document (as opposed of previewing the search/replace text) while search/replace WorkArea selected.

There are two new rc preference:
* spellchecker: can now be "aspell" or "hunspell", this is selectable in the SpellChecker preference dialog
* hunspelldir_path: needed for hunspell dictionaries which are defined to be in a fixed location. This can be modified in the path preference dialog.
The SpellChecker classes could be instanciated on the fly whenerver they are needed if we want that.
Please test and help me finish this hunspell integration...

- make sure there are no pending key sequences when applying the prefs,
since the key bindings are changed and this will make the status bar
messages go crazy and crash (bug 6064).

The situation now is almost good, although preference and about LyX are now disabled.
I moved the code that sets buffer to 0 to LyXFunc::getStatus, where it belongs.
I also set lyx_view_ to 0 when the window does not have focus.

DVI viewer passes back the resolved path, such that the search fails,
as internally LyX uses the unresolved path.
This patch fixes this bug by using the new method FileName::realPath
which resolves a path by getting rid of any '.', '..', or symlink
path components.

This patch enhances the Buffer::dispatch() method to make it a full-fledged
member of the dispatch sequence. The most immediate payoff is that LFUNs that
are handled in Buffer::dispatch() can be used from the command line.
We make better use of the DispatchResult object and return error information
through it, rather than using return values. (This was JMarc's suggestion.) We
also introduce a corresponding Buffer::getStatus() method, and modify
BufferView::getStatus() to return a flag indicating whether a decision has been
made, as is already done in some other cases.
Finally, some LFUNs are moved to Buffer::dispatch(), including LFUN_BUFFER_PRINT.
