4b0069860c InsetGraphics: use totalheight for height output
Graphics "height" is only the height above the baseline and thus not
what most people will expect. Also, using height can result in a
division by zero with rotation.

Use totalheight now since this means "height of the figure" (independent
of the baseline).

The custom options field can be used if height is really desired.
We handle this in conversion/reversion, respectively, so document
output will not change.

Hence, file format change.

7296e0e6ba Avoid crash with gzipped file
In computing the length of the extension, the code does not account
for the prefix "unzipped_", which is added when the zipped filename
does not have one of the extensions "gz", "z", "Z", or "svgz", and
thus the used index is out of bounds. See also this thread:

380f34a114 Fix bug #11180
When a raster image with an advertised pixel density different
from 72 dpi is included in a latex file, the output image dimensions
are scaled by the ratio 72/pixel_density. Hence, if a clipping
bounding box is specified, it has to be scaled by the same ratio,
otherwise the images will be clipped differently on screen and output.
Here we use the extractbb command (present in any TeX distribution)
to ask about the output dimensions of the image as dictated by the
pixel density and compute the scaling ratio by the knowledge of the
actual dimensions. If, for whatever reason, extractbb is not found,
everything goes as before, because the clipping bounding box will
simply not be corrected.

83fded8fea Fix some problems with background cancellation.
The problem was that, if we killed export when some graphic was
being converted, or some external template was being handled, it
would only cancel that process, and then it would just continue.
To deal with that, we need to do a few things:
1. Modify the return values for some of the Converters routines,
and similarly the routines for external templates, so we can
tell when something has been canceled.
2. Throw an exception from InsetGraphics or InsetExternal when this
has happened during export, but ONLY when the Buffer is a clone.
We shouldn't be able to 'cancel' export when we're, say, generating
code for the preview pane, but this keeps us on the safe side..
The exception then has to be caught, obviously, back in the export
routines in Buffer.

Probably Coverity will be unhappy about something here, but I'll
deal with that problem as it arises.

02028c0b12 Move some Cursor methods to CursorData
Basically, everything that does not depend on a BufferView should move
there. Some methods that do not seem to need a BufferView, like
selHandle or IdxFirst or push actually depend on it and could not be
moved.

This allows to simplify a few uses of recordUndo helpers.

- Move some methods to DocIterator: nextMath, prevMath, getPossibleLabel,
  getEncoding;

- Move some methods to CursorData: setCursor, setCursorSelectionTo,
  (setCursorTo|normal|reset)Anchor, (set|clear)Selection,
  sel(|ection)(Begin|End), selectionAsString, info, currentState,
  (mark|clear|check)NewWordPosition, fixIfBroken, sanitize, all undo
  related methods, reset, isInside, leaveInset, current mode;

- kill some unused methods: macromode, replaceWord, setScreenPos, touch,
  markInsert, markErase;

- Move code around to group things, and add a few comments (a lot remains to be done).

This changes lead to some related changes in other classes: removal,
change of parameter.

No intended change.

aaf17b08a8 Fix PDF output of clipped graphics with recent graphics package
The previous redirection of the senseless option "bb" to "viewport" in
PDFLaTeX output has been removed in a recent graphics package update.

This breaks documents, since clipped graphics silently stop displaying.

This change restores the previous output by using "viewport" instaed of
"bb" for non-PS/DVI output, while leaving PS/DVI untouched (where "bb"
and "viewport" behave differently.

e30f3d76d2 Bulk cleanup/fix incorrect annotation at the end of namespaces.
This commit does a bulk fix of incorrect annotations (comments) at the
end of namespaces.

The commit was generated by initially running clang-format, and then
from the diff of the result extracting the hunks corresponding to
fixes of namespace comments. The changes being applied and all the
results have been manually reviewed. The source code successfully
builds on macOS.

Further details on the steps below, in case they're of interest to
someone else in the future.

1. Checkout a fresh and up to date version of src/

git pull && git checkout -- src && git status src

2. Ensure there's a suitable .clang-format in place, i.e. with options
to fix the comment at the end of namespaces, including:

    FixNamespaceComments: true
    SpacesBeforeTrailingComments: 1

and that clang-format is >= 5.0.0, by doing e.g.:

    clang-format -dump-config | grep Comments:
    clang-format --version

3. Apply clang-format to the source:

    clang-format -i $(find src -name "*.cpp" -or -name "*.h")

4. Create and filter out hunks related to fixing the namespace

    git diff -U0 src > tmp.patch
    grepdiff '^} // namespace' --output-matching=hunk tmp.patch > fix_namespace.patch

5. Filter out hunks corresponding to simple fixes into to a separate patch:

    pcregrep -M -e '^diff[^\n]+\nindex[^\n]+\n--- [^\n]+\n\+\+\+ [^\n]+\n' \
        -e '^@@ -[0-9]+ \+[0-9]+ @@[^\n]*\n-\}[^\n]*\n\+\}[^\n]*\n' \
        fix_namespace.patch > fix_namespace_simple.patch

6. Manually review the simple patch and then apply it, after first
   restoring the source.

    git checkout -- src
    patch -p1 < fix_namespace_simple.path

7. Manually review the (simple) changes and then stage the changes

    git diff src
    git add src

8. Again apply clang-format and filter out hunks related to any
remaining fixes to the namespace, this time filter with more
context. There will be fewer hunks as all the simple cases have
   already been handled:

    clang-format -i $(find src -name "*.cpp" -or -name "*.h")
    git diff src > tmp.patch
    grepdiff '^} // namespace' --output-matching=hunk tmp.patch > fix_namespace2.patch

9. Manually review/edit the resulting patch file to remove hunks for files
which need to be dealt with manually, noting the file names and
line numbers. Then restore files to as before applying clang-format
   and apply the patch:

    git checkout src
    patch -p1 < fix_namespace2.patch

10. Manually fix the files noted in the previous step. Stage files,
    review changes and commit.

c0ce79452f Introduce proper integer rounding function
This fixes a failing unit test with 32bit gcc 4.9.3 and -O2 optimization:
It computed 9953 instead of 9954 for Length::inPixels() of value 2342.
The reason for this is probably different rounding behaviour caused by storing
the unrounded value in a processor register (uses 80bit accuracy) vs. writing
it back to memory (uses 64bit accuracy). The unrounded value is very close to
9953.5 (which is not representable as an exact IEEE floating point value).

Apart from that, having a proper function for rounding makes the code more
readable, and has the nice side effect to make Length::inPB() work for
negative lengths as well.

d80fa17175 Do not apply \origin at existing files
The current behaviour of the \origin parameter replaces relative file names

Now file names are only replaced if the referenced file sdo not exist.

d5a5fbb8ee Enhancements and bugfixes to the TOCs
* New TOC "math-macro". This means that math macros can now be accessed in the
outline pane in their order of appearance or in alphabetical order, and can be
  searched using the filter.

* Lists of floats now show subfloats deeper in the navigation menu

* The arbitrary 30 element cut-off after which nothing is shown except "Open
Navigator..." is removed. Menus now have no limit in size, so Qt may display
them scrollable. In exchange, we always show "Open outliner..." at the
beginning. I tested for performance issues with a rather complex document and
it is fine; but this does not exclude corner cases with lots of TOC entries of
a certain kind. If necessary, populating the navigation sub-menu should be
  delayed like the main menu.

* Elements that do not contribute to the output (e.g. in a note, a disabled
branch) are now preceded with a symbol indicating this status. (The machinery
was already there; I wonder why it was not implemented already.) I have chosen
  U+274E NEGATIVE SQUARED CROSS MARK.

* Fix the contextual menus in the outliner (bug introduced at 94e992c5).

* Toc item now move to the caption when present, but first center on the float,
to prevent the situation where the caption is at the top of the screen and the
contents of the float is off-screen above the caption.
(Internally, the action of the toc items can now be customised)

* Fix the LyXHTML output. Disabled captions no longer appear in the list of
  figures.

94e992c5ed Better construction of the TOC for floats and captions
We introduce TocBuilder for building TOCs that take into account both float
insets and their captions.

* Floats without caption are shown with their content.

* Floats with a caption are shown with their caption, but clicking the entry now
correctly moves to the float and not to the caption.

* Subsequent captions produce additional entries in the TOC.

* Figures and subfigures are correctly ordered in the outliner.

* New TOC "senseless" for captions appearing alone (a bit like broken references
are still displayed in the menu and outliner).

* Disable LFUN_CAPTION_INSERT if there is already a caption in a listing

Known issues:

* Inconsistent output for includes located inside floats

* We should record the end of the float in addition of the beginning for a more
accurate cursor -> outliner entry conversion

0cbcc8a166 Remove InsetGraphics noUnzip parameter
Being able to compile document with zipped .eps files was a useful feature of
the graphicxs package 20 years ago, but the LyX support is no longer relevant:
- The flag is ignored if preview is on
- If pdflatex is used then uncompressing happens during the compilation anyway
- If set, the flag prevents LyX from issuing proper error messages if
something with the image is wrong
- For hard disk capacities from 20 years ago not uncompressing is a useful
feature, but for current hard disk capacities it does not matter
- The external inset does not have it, and if we want to merge both insets
one day we would need to implement it there, which is even more difficult
than in InsetGraphics

62d36bf04d Correctly load documents moved elsewhere after save.
It is now possible opening documents that where manually moved to a
different location after they were saved and still produce an output.
Indeed, (hopefully) all needed included files are now still found.
When the moved document is saved again, all paths are accordingly updated.
Of course, for this to work, a document has to be saved in Format 490,
at least.

As an example, after converting the user guide to the last format, it can
be copied anywhere and opened without the need of adapting the paths of
included files or moving them to a proper place.

There is one glitch I am aware of. When moving a child document (but not
the master) the path to the master is correctly updated but it won't be
recognized as such. This is because LyX checks that the parent actually
includes this document but, of course, being the parent document not
touched, it appears not including this child. Anyway, it will also occur
when saving the child to a different location and the user is warned
on the terminal about this fact when the moved child is loaded.
However, there is no problem when it is the master that has been moved.

cb5dd33475 Split pdf format as discussed on the list
Previously, the format used for included pdf files was the same as for
document export via ps2pdf. This caused unwanted conversion routes, e.g.
export via odt->pdf instead of dvi->ps->pdf.
I renamed the format for included graphics and not for exported documents,
since otherwise the command line syntax for export would change. This would
require more adaptions for the users, since with the chosen solution the
custom converters are almost always changed correctly in prefs2prefs(),
so that only custom external templates need manual adjustement.

ecef54500d Introduce max_length parameter for plaintext() output routines,
so we can write a limited amount when using this for TOC and
tooltip output.

This should solve the problem with slowness that Kornel noticed,
which was caused by our trying to write an entire plaintext
bibliography every time we updated the TOC. We did that because
he had a bibliography inside a branch, and we use plaintext for
creating the tooltip that goes with the branch list.

Other related bugs were fixed along the way. E.g., it turns out
that, if someone had an InsetInclude inside a branch, then we would
have been writing a *plaintext file* for that inset every time we
updated the TOC. I wonder if some of the other reports of slowness
we have received might be due to this kind of issue?

f6b1c24b99 Fix bug #5204: Undo removes text selection
This commit does a bit more than fix selection, since it saves the full cursor state
in the undo stack. This means that undo now restores:
* the selection
* the current font
* transient mark (shall we keep this one?), logical position...

In order to do that, it introduces an intermediate class between Cursor and DotIterator: CursorData.
The new inheritance diagram is thus
  DocIteraator -> CursorData -> Cursor

CursorData contains all the members of Cursor that define the current position, but not the stuff
related to current view of dispatch mechanism. It may make sense in the future to move members
between CursorData and Cursor and to move some member functions to CursorData.

Now UndoElement uses CursorData for cur_before and cur_after, but not for the cell. The undo API uses
also CursorData instead of DocIterator.
