47432f0259 The inset newline patch I sent plus the requisite fixes. I couldn't reproduce a problem. 
JMarc, I haven't moved those latex bits into the ::latex method yet though.

6c12adeebe Finish the re-indroduction of the show_banner flag. It is 'true' by 
default now and not changable from the UI, but a \show_banner "false" in
the .lyx/preferences gets honored.
