At the same time, they switched the layout macros to LaTeX2 \begin_inset Formula \( \epsilon \) \end_inset (Lamport \begin_inset LatexCommand \cite{kopka} \end_inset ). This made it easy to adapt a corresponding LyX style to produce the correct output for direct submission to A&A. \layout Section Discussion \layout Standard What is there to discuss about?
