Jean-Marc Lasgouttes 29378af4cd Rename some macro-related insets
These classes should have names that start with "Inset". Renaming done:
MathMacro => InsetMathMacro
MathMacroTemplate => InsetMathMacroTemplate
MathMacroArgument => InsetMathMacroArgument
ArgumentProxy => InsetArgumentProxy
DisplayLabelBox => InsetDisplayLabelBox
CommandInset => InsetMathCommand
