* text.C (isLastRow, isFirstRow): new functions

	* paragraph.h: new width cache member

	* rowpainter.C: replace RowList::iterator with Row & where possible

	* lyxfunc.C: replace several view()->text with a single call

	* toc.C: fix 'unused' warning
