(lowercase): assert that input is pure ASCII
	(uppercase): ditto

	* src/support/lstrings.h
	(lowercase): document that only ASCII input is allowed
	(uppercase): ditto

	* src/lyxfind.C
	(stringSelected): Use compare_no_case (more efficient)

	* src/MenuBackend.C: remove unused using directive
