* src/insets/insetcommandparams.[Ch]: (operator[]): New, access a parameter (clear): New, clear all parameters (info_): New, stire info about this command (cmdname): Rename to name_ (contents, options, sec_options): Replace with params_. Parameters are now stored as docstring.
