iso8859-8.cdef) with U+00B0
Fix broken comment sign
* lib/kbd/sg.kmap: Replace \b{} with U+00B0
Comment out obscure entries with \it\${}
* lib/kbd/sf.kmap: ditto
* lib/kbd/european.kmap: Replace \b{} with U+00B0
Remove obsolete comments
* lib/kbd/espanol.kmap: Fix inverted question and exclamation marks
* lib/kbd/american-2.kmap: Remove obsolete comments
